Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tryherfuel.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
