At HerFuel, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent returns process — including our 365-Day Returns Guarantee for added peace of mind.
365-Day Returns Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 365 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To qualify:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must include proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).

All returns must be approved by our Customer Support Team before being sent back.
Standard 30-Day Returns
If you prefer to return your order sooner, you can still make a standard return within 30 days of purchase for any reason, subject to the same conditions above.
Note: The 365-day return window is designed for flexibility — but refunds are only available for unused products in resalable condition. Opened or used items cannot be refunded unless defective.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email support@tryherfuel.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items, or within 365 days for other return requests.

Approval: Our team will review your request and provide clear return instructions.

Ship Your Return: Send the approved item(s) back using a tracked shipping service.

HerFuel cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive or lack tracking information.

Bundles & Free Gifts
If your order included a bundle deal or free gift, all items must be returned together for a full refund.
If you decide to keep a free item, its retail value will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
All returns must be sent via a tracked delivery method.
Shipping fees and shipping protection costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us again.
Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:

Sale or discounted items.

Opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective).

Shipping costs and shipping protection fees.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
For undelivered packages, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
